Mbekezeli Mbokazi
Young defender Mbekezeli Mbokazi has completed a move to Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer (MLS).
Mbokazi made a huge impact in a short time at Pirates. Since his senior debut last year, the 20-year-old won two trophies, helped Bafana Bafana qualify for the 2026 World Cup, and represented South Africa at the AFCON.
His move abroad marks a big step in his promising career.
Sinoxolo Kwayiba
Midfielder Sinoxolo Kwayiba has returned to Chippa United.
Kwayiba joined Pirates earlier this season but struggled for game time, making only four appearances. The move allows him to get more regular football elsewhere.
